Rue St. Catherine had a surprising amount of sleaze for a main city street. The massage parlors were bullshit but I picked up a streetwalker who blew me in an adult movie place. Pretty fun. Admittedly, it was a few years back. I’d start with this website:

I'll be visiting Montreal for work in a couple months. Wondering if you have any advice about general areas to stay that are high yield for trans women  (working or not).

I sadly didn’t get to see any girls when I was in Montreal, but try Schwartz’s smoked meat. Best sandwich you’ll have. Lol.
