LE is doing nothing less than manufacturing crime where none exists.  What a waste of resources.  That being said, the guys responding to those ads weren't thinking with the right head either.

Second story on the news was an investigation.  LA PD posted on CL, using fake pics (suprise), hot girls looking for fun.  Telling them they will get lucky if the guy responding parties with them and  provides the favors.  Quite stupid to do that but its also LA PD drumming up business.

Can you say "crooked".

You know what it is don't you?  Overall crime is down, and the po-po like any industry is subject to layoff if they don't have enough business.

So, since most girls aren't standing on Sunset anymore the po-po has to keep their overpaid jobs, and keep the jails filled to over capacity with non-criminals so they create crime where none previously existed.

I wonder how many people got shot or robbed tonight in LA?

I live in LA, as you know. I can tell you that the Sunset Strip area has a set of 5-6 motorcycle cops acting like western cowboys zipping in and out of cars, trying to find cars that are not registered, causing traffic jams, and just being way too agressive.  I myself received a ticket recently for rolling about three feet into a cross walk and behind me was a motorcycle cop sitting behind a bush.  If I smoked, maybe I sould have flipped my buring cig butt in that dry bush and just drove off. Ha!

Since private corporations took over running so many prisons in the usa, and since these corporations get  paid *per prisoner*, police and judges have been heavily lobbied to send more people away to guarantee every bed stays full. And then some.
Money talks. And sometimes justice walks.
