Shemales like other people have variations in what they like and their sexual orientations.  Shemales can be bisexual (I think Jamie from this board is bi), lesbian, and straight. I think Shemales will most often see "straight" men because straight men make up the largest portion of the general male population.  Even by the most generous of estimates, the gay population is calculated at around 10%, hence straight men make up 90% of the potential male customers.  

In my experience it is much easier to get laid in the gay community also so the urge to pay for play is lessened.  Last time I went to a gay bar, I walked off into the night to a cruise spot with some guy itching to blow me; it was 30 degrees outside, in a public garden with legions of horny gay guys wandering all about. At no time has anything like this ever happened to me at a straight bar and I go to straight bars much more frequently than gay bars.  Perhaps this is confined to the social circle of gays I run into though as Nicole from this board claims to engage in orgiastic straight sex at different swing clubs.  Her world is foreign to me, as my world is probably foreign to many.

I would assume fellows with sexualities similar to the threadstarter and I are a minority within the sexual minority population of tranny chasers.  Maybe I'm just a pig with no standards.  I can accept either situation.

IMO, after years of observation, 90% of all men who are into t-girls are straight men who only appreciate genetic women when not experiencing the fetish fantasy of a chick with a dick.  The other 10% are bi men who are also interested in sex with men in addition to sex with t-girls and GG's.

IMO, since a  t-girl IS a woman, there is no such thing as a gay man having sex with her and still being considered gay.  The fact that he had sex with the she male makes him bi, because she is his connection to GG's.

Gay mens eye balls are sensually, physically, romantically and emotionally attracted to MEN.  A t-girl represents herself as a woman, with womanly attractiveness.  She does not present herself to the world as a bull dyke lezzy.

IMO, only men who are sexually attracted to women, will be attracted to t-girls.  Flaming drag queens are another variation of the whole picture.  Gays tend to love drag queens because DQ's are a flaming freaky psychedelic, almost science fiction representation of what a woman is.  That is why I am personally not attracted to DQ's.  They are too "out there" looks wise to attract my natural desire of a woman.

In our local tranny bar, the owners of the bar are very aware of who their clientele is, when there are many bi or "gay" men sitting at they bar, the owners shut the TV's off that continuously run tranny porn.  Why? Because the owners know that gay men are NOT turned on via visual images of men fucking women, which is what tranny porn depicts. (or of women fucking men, another thing that does not turn gay men on)  Gay men enjoy visual images of men having sex with men, not t-girls who are a representation of a women.

The percentage of tranny chasers, IMO, is broken down like this: 90% are straight men who seek only GG's when not chasing trannies.  10% are bi men who enjoy GG's, trannies and men.  Zero percent are totally gay men.  Gay men are attracted to men.  If they were attracted to trannies, which are a form of a woman, that would put them into the bi category and out of the gay category.
