Assuming this isn't a veiled way to damage a girls rep, you need to do several things asap.

Frist it's probably not a problem, and let it be a lesson that your health is your repsonsibility and not all providers are responsible people.

1) Call the provider and get her hiv/std status and last provable test date.

2) Get down to county health, now, or the Family Health Center on 30th in North Park has a Tuesday night std clinic at 5:45.  Explain what happened, and try to get on hiv profolactic.

3) Get tested now, in 3 months and in 6 months.

Porn stars will bareback in videos, but they are tested regularly and they understand the risk they are taking.  But an escort topping bareback is just unheard of these days.

Get tested, cross your fingers and don't worry too much.

Last night I went to see a ts visiting in town.

I'd be disturbed too.  I've been topped, but always  with a cover.  I hate to say it, but I think you were taking a huge risk there, even if that wasn't your intent.  You might want to seriously consider getting yourself checked for STDs in a couple weeks. Good luck.

Sounds like you caught this unconscionable act in the nick of time.  We can debate the risks of oral sex till the cows come home but there is no doubt about the risk of unprotected penetrative sex to the receiver, particularly anal sex.  Unfortunately I have a pretty strong feeling that bare-backing is more prevalent than I’d like to know.  It wouldn’t surprise me if there was even a ‘market’ for this service.  

There are currently 15 TS listed on Eros as visiting San Diego (since all but one of your reviews are from SD I assume that is the relevant city).  I’ll go one better than zoofly – you should tell us who this provider is so that others can take this into consideration before they book an appointment.  This may have been some kind of aberration.  Not to doubt your word but there are always two sides to every story.  At least the next client can be on guard if there is something not quite right going on here.

Let's not rush to conclusions here. I agree with TST that the described incident is unacceptable. I agree with Jamie, the self promoting provider that she can be, that we don't know anything about "likelatin". An issue we did not address is at what point did you discover there was no cover? Had you been penetrated? How long/short?

A common discussion we have in this forum is the concept of acceptable risk. If the penis was inside you, and she did not cum, is that a higher risk than a BBBJ that "everyone" seems to think is OK (yet still a risk). If you have a BBBJ, should you take the 3 extensive test Jamie suggests should be taken in this ( I assume ) non-orgasmic scenario. Sorry for the debate here, but it seems challenging.

In answer to your question capndude. as best as I could tell she hadn't penetrated all the way. it was that beginning stage where  for lack of a better word she was trying to get it in. what i do remember is when i pulled forward i didnt fill that filling that i have before of deep penetration. and im positive well 99% she did not cum. but im also possitive if I would not have stopped this she would have continued. I agree with jaime who I admire. its up to the individual themself to play safe. but i have never had this problem. and  I useually make sure they put a condom on. not being sure she did this was what caused me to stop this short. I just hope to god and pray nothing happened. this really is unbelievable.
You should at least post somthing in the review section to alert everyone.
In any case don't freak out now, the pobability of being infected is very low in your case. you should still get tested of course just to be a 100% sure.

but "unheard of"?
about as "unheard of" as a provider being a drug addict with no better way to fund her next fix.
which is not to say all drug addicts go bareback or all providers who go bareback do drugs. or have emotional/psychological problems...
but let's be real. all kinds of shit happens.

i had the barebacking incident happen a few weeks ago, i stopped her and asked her to put a condom on, she agreed even though it didn't happen, as i am pretty tight. that was a first for me, but it doesn't make her a bad person in my eyes, we actually keep in contact as friends, she was really cool, i think it was just a heat of the moment thing. you definitely should use protection and you definitely have to be responsible for your own well being though

Good luck and never get crazy Withought DNA Test I will Strongly Advice you to do that and ask the provider to do the same and if she dont I will sue her and put her out of business as she might infect more people.  As a responsible provider I will Strongly Advice you to take legal Action if you have been infected by her and Stop her spreading Hiv if she has it.  Good luck.
