This is just my opinion but for a large city like phx it has what I would consider a real lack of consistent quality providers. It may have to do with the demand...not sure...i know there are a few guys that participate here that are from the Phx area and I'm sure the one consistent girl would be Andrea

owlmoon/toni tease is a top only unless she really knows you.  daisy (san antonio/austin area) always gets high marks.  allie and stacey sands in dallas do as well, and they are dallas regulars.  karen cummings would have to be my choice for vegas, but i luv em versatile and would love to see if what they say about her girth is true!!!

Raven/Blair is a wonderful and very sensuous lady. I can honestly tell you that she looks just lie her pictures.. only better.
