Yes, there are providers out there who use fake pics who actually provide excellent service. Why? My guess is marketing. They need to see more clients and a way to do that, which is not too popular here, is to do just that.
Well, it looks like you did your homework so I am not sure if you are asking if they are scammers or not? The review, Tania is a TS girl who I have posted on many times, goes by Mariana Cordoba, Susan, Dana, and many more. There are actually a few TS providers in that area that are good but I think most of them now use fake pics. If the apt building is near Hollywood and LaBrea but closer to Hollywood and Fuller, there is about a 50% plus chance its going to be the scammer. Huge tits, huge tool, once she gets your money, nothing will happen.
Another provider, who I believe hangs in the same group, is actually decent. TS Davora, who also goes by Sasha, Monserrat, and a few others. I'd say all of them are very much YMMV but the scammer scamms everyone, so beware.

and I called this ad. Thinking it was possibly the scammer. No answer. I get a call back in about three minutes. This provider has broken english, seemed very very nice, and said she was at "Sunset and Formosa". I said "Formosa or Fuller". She said..."Baby Fuller NO good". So even she knows.
But if you google that number, you see tons of ads with tons of fake pics.
Don'tcha just luv those cute little maps in their ads. Saves alot of phonetime ... unless of course it's just to throw LE off the scent? On 2nd thought, Nah.
Ever wonder why so many Latinos change to TS-Latinas, compared to Euros? I know mucho Mexs and other South Americanos have moved into SoCal, but the ratio in TS world far exceeds the general population.
If you google the ad that I just posted, the above Cityvibe link is the same person, name, and set of pics. This more than likely is not the scammer. The scammer however is running off businss at Hollywood and LaBrea for the good ones due to her scamming activities.
