Heh, I've never heard p2p (pay to play) used in a sexual manner.  It's a gamer term generally used to describe games with a monthly fee.

My first thoughts for a sexual meaning to the term were penis to pussy (just regular sex) and penis to penis (holding one's own and their partner's penis together and masturbating)
