Glad you caught my reply as humor as it was...Totally get it...and I know this would spark a huge unsuccessful debate.  I have my opinions and I can name the two races you are referring to for sure.  I also gave this some thought and will I know that this is not a racist comment, also realizing that there are dishonest people in all races, there are a few that seem to be the leaders. Is it a racial thing?  Who knows....
