1) If the e-mail is the same on your review profile
2) If there is no e-mail on your review profile

If your email is the SAME on your USERNAME profile AND your REVIEW profile,
just click on "Contact Us" at top of the page and make the request.

It is best to send the email from the same email address that is on your TER User profile,
as that makes verification easier.

Please make sure to include

  (1) your TER username,
  (2) the name on your TER profile,
  (3) and the TER ID of your profile
      or a direct link to your TER profile to expedite processing.
