That's a tall order!  I didn't see any TV/CD's on EROS for Wisconsin, and that seems to leave CL and Backpage.

Looking under Adult; there's very few girls advertising.  Under Casual Encounters, it's a crap shoot (sorry for the pun).  I think you have to be wary of 'bots in Casual Encounters--I've heard they are out to harvest pictures and e-mails.

Aside from that, I really don't know what to suggest.  Seriously, there are transgender support groups with lots of TV/CD's, so that might be an option.  Just realize that they are not necessarily there to "provide," if ya know what I mean.

You might try searching the 'net for transgender groups in your area--there's bound to be a Yahoo group.
