Not really a scammer but not a great provider. She will rush you the second it starts. Also, she is not 24 anymore for sure. If I had to guess, I'd say late 40's youngest.
When one eliminates the minefield of rush jobs, scammers, guys wearing wigs, flat chested, miserable attitudes, health risks or just plain unattractive there is really not much out there, even in LA. Best to find one or two that can do it for you, and stick with them.
