I very well could be totally wrong about this.  But, I did a search and found similarly written ads with fairly similar stats.

Which provided a phone number: 404-399-3007

And, a variety of fake pictures to boot.

Again, I could be completely wrong, so if someone knows for certain, please speak up!

I don't really see the similarity with this GG ad
but she did call back and does not sound like the girl in Charlotte ad (if you can go by that)
Plan to avoid.
