Does anyone need any beach front property with perfect ocean sunsets for real cheap?  I have five acres in Colorado for sale and one right outside of Little Rock but I think CAT has that one reserved.

There is nothing worse than a kitty furr ball mixed with meow mix all puked up on the hood of your car.  Be more careful CAT. If you are going to surf all day, you can't drink that much salt water. I know you like salty things but the sea water in Arkansas is a little dirty :)
