I've tried three now, all of which were not approved. I followed all the rules to a T and gave all the required info. @ reviews were good, one not good, but all were tasteful and appropriate. When I inquired about one I was told something along the lines of I'm a new/infrequent reviewer. That's a real catch 22. The first step to becoming a regular contributor is the first review, right?

Alas, we mods are completely out of the review loop.  In fact, I really don't know who makes those decisions.

But, I love our Board.  I really like hearing from everybody and, especially, when the girls chime in.

Agree, unfortunately we have no access or insight into who approves what exceept for what floats to the ts board.

During my tour right now, 6 clients so far have confirmed writing a review about me on TER, but only one get approved.

Too bad really.

For every provider, Our Curriculum Vitae is our reviews.
Besides, we have been rewarded very little from this industry compared to the risks we are facing daily (being killed, abused, harrassed, etc).

So, great reviews (besides obviously the $) are difinitely our rewards

If you haven't purchased VIP status ... pretty frequently.  

My first review was a good review, consistent with others for the provider, and it got kicked to the curb for "From time to time we choose not to post reviews from users with limited history at TER. This is done with the interests of our community as a whole in mind. We thank you for your understanding."

Once I purchased VIP status, my reviews started being accepted.

The information in the review section would probably double if "they", whoever they is, would put them up.

Yeah, I have better ways to waste my time than writing reviews only the censor will read.

There is definitely a market for a less boneheaded site, at least as regards TS girls.  I'm not the person to do it, but some entrepreneur should step up and give TER some stiff competition.

I know of a few hobbyists who save their reviews as a document and repost it, if denied the first time...sometimes it takes an email to the powers that be...a few reviews ago, a hobbyist wrote a great review about me and it was first denied, he then resent it and was suppose to be two 10's, but the powers that be changed the performance score to an 8(I received several PMs from hobbyists that were shocked about the 8 after reading the ultra juicy details of a very hott BDSM/PSE/GFE encounter)...he wrote them and they changed it back to two 10's...this was not the first time a lover did this for me...another did it because the first attempt to post his review was denied, it posted, but the two 10's became a 10 and a 9...so if you are willing to make an effort a review will go through...dfk, Rachel

Yeah, I had two reviews rejected.  Each one I spent almost 30 minutes writing.  So I quit writing reviews.  That was a long time ago.

I wrote about 9 or 10, with 1 getting approved, before I realized I had better things to do with my time.  Now with the basic ratings off limits to non-vips(which I won't become since apparently there are only certain arbitrary reviews available), this board is the  only reason left to come here.

so true, the people that operate TER have their heads up their ass! But they just don't fucking care!

Reviews are great but when not accepted it would be nice to be notified that they won't be posted.

I appreciate all the feedback. I know I'm not alone now. Supposedly you gain VIP status by contributing regularly, but that appears to be a bait 'n switch scam. I won't pay for a goddamn VIP membership on principle now.

I had posted several reviews since I started this hobby 5 years ago (I had VIP status back then).
Now, I see that some of my old reviews are missing (don't know why), and the reviews I wrote more recently are "Unapproved" (I don't have VIP status anymore), so I also stopped posting reviews.

Now that even Overall Looks and Performance are displayed for VIPs only, it seems that TER has decided to turn this site into a money-maker, rather than a helpful site for hobbists and good providers.

Thanks for keeping this board up. Not sure how lng before its access will be restricted to VIPs only.

tee, Agree re refusing to pay for VIP, after a couple of rejects it was pretty obvious there was another agenda at work.

I like that idea re the "details" in this general forum and put more formal reviews on other boards, where they are more welcome.
