so Latsdog and others have done a wonderful job of calling out the fakes, especially on Craigslist.

is that site just a total joke?

seems like all of the female or women for men postings get flagged for removal.

the TS postings are littered with fakes.

and the M to M seems to thrive??????  is it essentially a "male gay" site?

seems another reason TER and Eros are the best options to get the info on a provider and go the "safe" route.

Now lets not discredit CL, after all, I sold my washer and dryer and automobile by posting on the for sale section

All kidding aside and regarding gg or ts providers that advertise here.  My rule of thumb is I never ever go see a provider if I see the ad on craiglist for the first time and........

1. No reviews exist under that name or number.
2.  Sometimes, they will also have an eros ad under another name, so I'd check for reviews there.  
3. If you google the number and pages and pages of old expired ads come up under multiple names with different pics.....

If any combination of the above occur, its time to think with the big head and pass on the opportunity.

For whatever reason, maybe the economy, the fake crap getting posted there has gotten way out of hand, almost making it a worthless site.

Interesting Dog.......but there are real providers who post on CList.....including TS Vo, Ivy, Leather and others.  It is not a regular thing for them though.....probably to fill out their day if other sources are slow at the time.

Agree and most of these have ads on eros at the same time.

the other thing to do is to Google the email address anyone replies back to you with.  some guy posted a list of fake emails people use on craigslist and use over & over.

Little question but what CL is rife with fakes, scams, and disappointments. Still and all, there are some gems to be found. The real appeal for me is the lack of the "formal business" aspect that most Eros, RS2000, etc providers wear like a coat of armor.

The CL provider is very likely to be a part-timer, or occasional provider who genuinely needs the money to suport a real lifestyle that doesn't involve luxury condos, or cars carrying three pointed stars on the hood.

Lastly, hands-down, the best GFE experiences I have had involve CL providers. Then again, I am a believer in "You get what you give", which is often a much larger factor than most would recognize.
