Sorry to make my first post a negative one, but just wanted to give you guys a heads up on a provider in NY who is not as advertised and potentially violent.

Rachel, al good points. If anything, this has been a huge eye opener for me, although putting it into context, he first issue I have had in 15+ years in this space.
