How to be effective over the phone? How to handle some question over the phone.
Here are some scenario;
Ring Ring…Ring and ring
Provider: Hello This is Provider! ( your stage or advertisement name) How can I help you today.
Client: Can I make an appointment with you today! Hows Your schedule look like today? (normally) more question to be ask by client - Provider must always be in control in the conversation and set the appointment as much as possible. ( not sounding desperate) Be aware about your tone.
Provider: What Time are you looking for. I have availability around ( time ). and is this (Time) work with you or you can say what time is best or good for you. both should try to compromise what is the best for both and just try to work it out. ( Time, location ).
Client: Is 2:30 pm work for you.
Provider: 2:30 pm work for me.
Client : Great
Provider: Perfect! see you at ( location ) and Ill be expecting you at ( time ).
Appointment set:
How easily how its sound but, its not easy at all.
Normally more question to be ask by client and here are some of the examples. and this are the fallowing question we normally hesitate to answer.
How big are you Can You cum Top or Bottom
Provider should handle this question professionally and here are the following example how to answer client question.
Client : How big are you?
Provider: How Big are you looking for or what size are you looking for.
Client : Around 6 or 7
Provider: ok! ill see you then at the appointment time.(if you are around that size. ) Provider: if your not around that size ( Provider should say - I am not the person your looking for and say Thanks You for the inquiry.
Client: ok see you soon (time and location).( if the size his looking for is your size ) and if they are serious about there appointment. Client ; Ok thanks and hang up ( if the size is not the one his looking for)
Set the appointment.
Client: Are you top or bottom
Provider: What are you looking for! or if you are versatile, you can say your versatile Versatile means goes both ways. (if there are other meaning please correct me no offense wink) If a provider is a versatile meaning ( provider must be functional once the provider is functional meaning there is huge change provider can cum. ( anybody can correct me here if i am mistaken thanks.)
Client: Great see you soon. Provider: Great see you (Time and location)
Set Appointment.
But if you can not provide what the client is looking for its ok to say I am not the person your looking for.
Note: Setting or meeting a provider is very simple, client should know what the are looking for and they will go from there. Tone: should be considered to avoid intimidation.( You don't want to sound desperate). Its ok to say Im not the person your looking for ( or turn down the appointment ) to avoid mis representing or having a false advertisement. Wink Even you have appointment set ( time change in between there is a slight chance they might cancel or not show up . basically there is no guarantee if the client will show up). Both should update in between to know where there stand for wink. (its just the right thing to do) No time wasted.
Both Client and Provider should be or must be realistic ( about time, location, some question to be ask over the phone)
If some of the scenario can give you a hint how to be effective over the phone, I can see the future with a smile ( fun fun fun ) wink
This strategy works for me but its doesn't guarantee that its going to work with you.
Suggestion: Just try it and do a role play with someone else. practice makes it perfect……

When I was new in the business I answered to every questions, I got excited everytime i received a phone calls, even after I answered the questions, those people didn't show up. I always avoid those question that's why I wrote everything on my ad, and I also think that's how some of the provider got in trouble with an LE for answering those questions ( friends told me ). In my opinion, they have the rights to ask any questions, but they ussually aren't serious, I would be surprise if they actually show up on their appointment...haha, that's just my experience, I would not waste my time, they might think I'm bitchy or rude cos i hung up on the phone, but my safety is always my priority! and serious clients know what to do and don't, and they read an ad before they pick up the phone...review is always the best option to find out the providers performances!
You should do a screen play or just a comedy sketch with this material...could be a great hit! Think Gee is correct that those that are serious do their research and use reviews to determine who is a viable match for what they want.
