Great question. I think that it was asked a long time ago.
I should say that it is rare that I see someone more than twice, mostly because there aren't that many real good ones based in NYC and none based on Long Island and it isn't that easy for me now to make a special trip into NYC.
That being the case, the few that I have seen more than once have the following qualities-
Looks are important but not the most important thing. Most important is attitude. I need to be with someone who I feel comfortable with and what makes me comfortable is when I know the provider is happy to see me and truly wants to make a real effort to make the session special. That was one of the things that impressed me most with TS Rachel. 1st is service advertised (or talked about) is service received.  Any lies about size, function, or anything else makes them untrustworthy and a potential problem later.  If I paid them what they asked for or advertised, then I should receive the agreed upon service.  For those guys whose dicker down the price, I think the service should also be dickered down.  I would say about 1 out of 4 girls (25%) give the service they advertise.

2nd is looks.  Scratchy face is a major turnoff.  Hair legs is another.  I like a girl with a cock, not a guy in drag.

Well the three things that are a make or break for me personally in my decision making for going back to a provider are cleanliness, attitude, and service.

Cleanliness, on more than one occasion when i pull out of the provider the condom has had that brown streak on it... immediate turn off. Ill become flaccid in less than 10 secs and ill just leave. In one case the provider didn't even acknowledge the lack of cleanliness and just acted like everything was cool.  

Attitude, It's really a pain when the attitude of a provider is negative or stuck up. I dont mind if your dominate or whatever, but when the attitude is "im doing you a favor" type thing that just puts me in a bad mood and ruins all thoughts of me returning.

Service, funintexas said it best if something is specified in the ad, then that service should be expected.  With that being said i try to avoid ad's that say something like "I'm sexy and you will have a good time(gives their stats) call me now." They don't tell you what type of service is to be expected creating a loop. Now if the donation is on the low side you may expect the service to be lower, however if the donation is higher around $$$ the service should be on point. The times where the service is not accurate or they lie about whats advertise heavily outweighs the ad's that deliver in my cases.  One provider actually told me that even though she bottoms she expects the size of her clients to be no bigger than 7 and will refuse if it looks bigger.  Maybe that should be included in the ad...

Not in any particular order ...

1.  Physical attraction - All ads have a photo and can be considered "window shopping".  While browsing ads the ones that prompt more follow-up are the result liking what you see.

2. Services - she has to offer what I am seeking.  For example, doesn't do anyone good if I want a top and she is a bottom.  Includes being honest with performance needs and abilities.

3. Initial contact - Understanding the many phone calls a girl might get there still should be a pleasant inviting voice on the other end of the phone.

4. Price - Has to fit one's budget.

6. Location - Doesn't do any good if she is 100 miles away.

7. Delivery - Both parties are satisfied ... no need to explain.  Figure it out.

8. Cleanliness - Hygene and living space.

9. Honesty and integrity - Understanding that if she truly is looking for repeat hobbyists and the hobbyists is looking to repeat there are no games.

Ok here are a few things that are sure turn ons and turn offs all of which lead to one and done or repeat business

The opposite of love is not hate it is indifference - if you are indifferent or uninterested so won't the guys who see you.  People who relate to other people always make them think they are significant and important

Fake pics are horrible and dishonest even if you look better than what u advertised

Be clean - I take the time to be fresh and am the one paying for the service so u should be as well to do otherwise is disresptful

" what you got for me" or "you pay more you get more" or "donation first papi" shouldnt be the first thing we hear

Say hello make eye contact smile saying"it's so nice to see you" or "thanks for seeing me" or "you are handsome" all go along way even if it's just a put on

Greeting with a kiss is the best start to a session

Phone attitude is helpful ladies should understand that at times it's hard to understand non English speaking ladies and we are always concerned about our safety as well so don't get frustrated and yell or hang up

you need to be what you say you are - functional versatile etc...

A little conversation goes a long way. Taking a few mintes to understand ur client is a small investment of time that pays big dividends - my guess is that  the majority of guys want u to njoy the experience

I have a handful of girls who I will see whenever they come through my town. There are also a couple local girls who I consistently see. My main rationale:

(1) Did they deliver on their promises? Looks, functionality, etc.
(2) Limited upsell. It is the biggest turnoff. I think you are much better off setting your rate and not having additional fees for other services
(3) Connection. This can be manufactured. I'm an average guy and I'm well aware of it. But it is nice when there is a connection.
