I saw a reply to a post today about a very established provider and asking why no reviews.  First, Sancho2 and I do not work for TER.  Also, my comment here is my opinion but think this is one reason why you sometimes do not find what you may be looking for or what you read awhile back and can't find it now.

I am typically not involved in any of this but have been involved via PM's prior to any major contact with TER.  And this is not a slam on TER.

So, my point....I have seen it many times.  A provider (good or bad) may not agree with a review or comment.  They contact TER, not much gets done right away, and then maybe it gets a bit ugly.  The provider could get very angry via email, nasty with threats, or whatever....

In this instance, TER just deletes everything and poof the problem is gone.  My opinion is TER would rather do that than go to court over something written on their site.  So, my opinion is that this is one reason why reviews go poof.  

If you know of a provider who may have had this happen, please do not discuss.  I do not want TER to delete this post because I think its informative and worth a read.
