If you can afford her I would say Lola Malone is hard to beat.  Not 420 friendly and not a bottom as far as I know.  As always, YMMV...

The girl in the ad "Vanessa" has hit or miss reviews. I saw her a week ago and while she was nice, she's not the girl in the pics. No way.

Lola Malone is super beautiful, and a very nice down to earth person.  She actually bottomed for me and never attempted to top.
