BBBJCIM....doing THAT yourself?  Hmmmm...I'm not sure what to say about that except you must be very flexible and athletic and probably don't leave the house much at all....LOL.  Not sure what that has to do with the question about realistic implants, but there are many TS who have incredible ones, and the overall appearance distinguishes them from looking like men with breats more so than just the implants if you ask me.  Your post didn't connect from the original statement to the question, but just tryin to help.  Does your back hurt from the solo BBBJCIM sessions by chance?  I can't imagine!  

Ouvey----let me try. the BBBJCIM is you doing it to a provider---not yourself.  Love it---Love ---Love it. I would have done 10 in a row right after my first. To me a TV and Crossdresser amount to the same thing--I don't care if they have A's or "falsies" they are still a guy--yuck--no way Jose. Now a real TS is a person living as a full time girl, her own hair and whatever she has for breasts are hers--either real hormone induced, "silicone" injected or genuine implants--that's a TS and that turns me on. Add voice and mannerisms and we go over the top. Now if I could be as bake1234 is talking and I could suck my own---I would be a recluse---and outside of stretching to stay limber, eating properly, drinking lots of different fluids for taste -- well you would never see me.
