I think I'm a bit confused about what constitutes a bottom. are they usually ok with 69? I know some advertise as strict bottom, but is just declaring bottom mean 69 is usually on the table?

It has been my experience that the vast majority of tops and bottoms enjoy oral, usually more than anal.  That's definitely the pattern you see in the VIP sections of the reviews on this site.
