Hi everyone,

I want to get your opinions and insights into undercover "vice" officers who are initiating sexual contact with escorts who are under investigation for prostitution.

I have a girlfriend who was busted recently and she told me in detail about how the officer proceeded to undress then engage in several sexual acts before other officers came in to arrest her.

This prompted me to do a google search on the subject and several police departments have been scrutinized in the past for this. Of course most of the police spokespeople deny having actual policies in place that allow this behavior, although I did find a journal artice from 2004 that states that officers in Louisville, KY allegedly engaged in sexual contact with suspects with the full knowledge and approval of their supervisors as well as local prosecutors.

I have also heard several stories about undercover police officers, including the one mentioned above, who actually attempt to solicit TS escorts for sex on their own time as well. I have a girlfriend who received an odd call from the vice officer mentioned above while she was in Southern California...which is WAY out of his jurisdiction. Another girlfriend set up a date with someone here for an outcall, then was intercepted by him on the way up to the hotel room where he stated he was a vice officer and that she was going to be arrested. He instructed her to get in his car, drive home to her place where he blackmailed her into having sex with him under the threat of arrest. This same person actually contacted my roommate and made a similar attempt to meet with her and pull the same shenanigans on her. The sad thing is, we really do not know if this person is a police officer or some scam artist but there is no way to find out for sure.

If any of you have had similar experiences, please comment as I'd like to know how pervasive this problem is.

Thank you

You don't say where this bust occurred or when, or the specific circumstances.  You last paragraph sounds more like either an impostor or a rogue cop.

I've dated several active LE gents in town on vacation or other business.  Cops need loving too!

Yes, I've heard of instances where officers have engaged in sex prior to a prostitution bust.

I think it's pretty few and far between as if his wife found out she'd probably sue everyone in sight.  Not to mention not too many cops want to risk STD's.  I don't think this is much of an issue with TS girls as not too many cops would want the reputation of hosing a TS in the line of duty.  Beating one up might be something else... there's a lot of homophobic cops.

I do know down in Phoenix or Tuscon there was a situation where numerous busts were thrown out when it came out the girls were busted after sex.

And personally if such occurred to me I'd be screaming RAPE all the way to court.

And OK - that said, the most twisted kinky fetish gent I've ever encountered was my former "Master"  who was a retired vice cop from an unnamed department...  The guy had a dungeon in a warehouse at his business.  The things he did to me...  Gosh I miss him - maybe he'll read this and call me.  :-)

Giggle,
TS Jamie :-)

I have read and heard that cops can and do have sex to get the 'girl'..
Not sure as to how true it is...

I do know I have one LE regular.. He is out of his area when he visits and he is not the first...
My SO is a retired LE officer so we do know active officers...
I have been approached by a vice cop in my home area.. He wanted a date for him and his 'girl friend' NOT his wife!! LOL..

I have to agree with Jamie.. If one did come see me, initiate sex himself then bust me.. I would be screaming more than just "rape", "entrapment" and I damn sure would contact the local media and tell them how cops can have sex with 'prostitutes' to get an arrest.. No doubt they would love that story for the 6 o'clock NEWS..
I would say that would put a quick end to that practice when the wives blasted them - not to mention the public 'opinion'..

Hi Jamie and Nichole,

Thanks for your responses. I really appreciate your insight into the matter.

I have also met and hooked up with police officers, but this is when both of us were "off duty" and I didn't tell them I was an escort. Most other tgirls I know have also seen guys who work in LE but I think most times it was just for fun and not in the course of escorting. I do agree that cops need love too. You mean that cops love to hook up with pretty girls too? Get outta hereeee! I do have a weakness for hot men in uniform by the way...

My main point of my original post was to get feedback on whether or not police officers getting naked and engaging in some kind of sexual contact in the course of a "vice" operation was standard operating procedure. I know most full-service girls will immediately ask a guy to undress or do something to them sexually before asking for payment as they believe this will protect them from a prostitution conviction in case they are arrested. Obviously if police are allowed to get naked, this strategy is not going to do anything.

I also agree that the final guy I spoke about is impersonating a vice officer. He contacted my friend who was visiting Denver via phone, then subsequently emailed her a photo and asked her to contact a mutual girlfriend here in Vegas so she could verify his identity. Of course my girlfriend here told us the whole story before and it was confirmed via a phone call and an email of the photo that is was the same guy who blackmailed her into having sex with him. What's odd is...vice officers do not have multijurisdictional authority. The same guy cannot be arresting people in both Denver and Las Vegas. Secondly, he seems to be working alone. I don't know of ANY operation where a cop works alone at all. You know if something smells fishy...it probably is.

(alleged) police officer's word against a whores word. In convictions, the important thing to remember is to plead "not guilts." The courts don't really care if they convict you. What LE tries to do is get you to plea bargain or plead guilty, either one counts for a "conviction" which makes the courts and police officers feel (busting a whore) is an easy conviction whether you plead guilty or agree to a plea bargain. Its all still a conviction to the court system.

theres been several good threads on this discussion and you may want to check out your local chapter of SWOP to better understand your rights.
