Very curious to hear from actual providers, but if a lady doesn't specify what times she may be contacted, is there a local time at which you shouldn't try to call.

Same as anyone else you don't know personally.  Some are night owls.  Some are early birds.  If they don't specifically state otherwise, I stick to 10 AM to 10 PM.

What kind of question is that?  You are not contacting your grandmother, are you?  If they don't answer, then they are either busy, not available, or sleeping.

Unless you KNOW the girl is working at 1, 2, or 3am, I wouldn't call them at those hours.  Come on, would YOU like to be woken up at that time?  And if you piss her off, just how good a service are you going to get anyway?

Gotta disagree here Star unless the ad lists hours I will call anytime. Its not a social call its business. IF they they don't want to be bothered they turn the phone off, which is usually what happens when I call in the "wee" hours.

I agree with methodman.  Many times while traveling i get back to hotel late from dinner/going out.  If they answer they are always very happy to get the biz!  They will shutoff phone if want to "close:.
