This is interesting, as it fits into a paradigm I have been entertaining for years. In that, no matter what surgeries, Adam's apple shaving/turning, forehead skull shaving, etc (basically the full "Tula" treatment, and she did a full spread in Playboy, the first TS to do so because she is so passable, and fit "our" twisted societies "benchmark" in that one "must" have it lopped off and given a vagina to be a "real" woman; something I firmly stand against, to me, that is kow-towing, not making an independent choice, IMVVHO).

The bottom line here, is that there are 2 things that cannot be changed, no matter what, and will apply post op.  Let not me be flamed for saying it, I'm only relating facts, not opinions...

1) Hands: There is no surgery that can adjust the short first finger characteristic of the male hand vs. the longer first finger of the female hand. Those in the know will always be able to  "peep" one as TS by this, and there is nothing one can do about it, vagina or not, it will always be a tell-tale...

2) Phernomes: Hormone injections can mitigate this to a degree, but those who brag about being "fully functional" cannot do this (unless, "cycling" intelligently, possibly), because Roids' (and let's be blunt here, that is exactly what you are doing, Steroids) will leave one unable to perform in said manner. There is no way the "smell of a woman" can be "faked", but again, only the observant and knowledgeable can "peep" this aspect also. Most simply "turn a blind eye" to it, to fit the fantasy for the night, or the hour or so...

OK, I said it, Dammit...Pull out your cudgels and beat me up, but facts are facts. If anyone has another view, have at it, educate me...
