Visiting DC, any info?

I have my doubts, but during the economic crisis, I've been quite the doubting cat.

This is another newly created ad, and there's zero info with the phone number.  No e-mail to track either.

I found one "possible" bit of info, but I hesitate to put it here.  This is a wild guess on my part, so if I'm wrong, I hope someone chimes in here.
