Actually, last I heard the implants are still in. I'm reckoning that the lack of attention after a while will result in a transition back to femme. I never had the luck to meet this one prior to the re-transition, but a friend of mine did meet this one in person prior, and said it was all good, too bad that is no longer possible....for now at least...
