Looks like you'll have to travel or keep checking TER, EROS, and the like.  The good news is that it gives you time to do research.

I live in Durham, NC and wanted to know if there was any good and reliable providers in the area.  I would go as far as Greensboro to find someone who is legit and who would make it worth it.  Thanks for any advice!!
