  Besides a good brand condom, what else do you do to protect yourself from the bugs out there????

I take a sponge bath an hour before my sessions using white vinegar.  In addition, I pre-apply lube from my mid back down to the bend in my knees on the back side, applying a little lube around the ancles.  I'm a top, that way if the provider tries to top me, she has no way to hold on and I can get away.  

If you do, cancel the meeting as these make you much more vulnerable to infection.

Press a small section of dry paper towel against your gums a few hours before the appointment.  If red appears on the towel, you have bleeding gums.
