Kelly Vow is visiting, was in the Miami region for a few weeks previously.  I did some cross checks and I believe the person in the photos/video is a TS from Argentina that is apparently a minor celeb (under different name) however my question is is it actually her?  Skeptical cause of the Argentina origins, videos do make reference to the number.  

If that is the case the only way its not her is if someone asked this person to pretend it's her for the youtube clip which seems to be a lot of work.  Phone area code is miami and would be reasonable that is her first stop into the USA from argentina.  Most likely will take the plunge but thought i'd check in

interesting note, she allows texts which is odd most of the time, I've found that most who accept texts are usually foreign and it's done because it's easier to understand than talking over the phone.
