Once a provider is de-listed by her own decision or by TER's, her profile will be removed and discussion about her will be prohibited.  

This site is primarily a destination for reviews.  If a provider decides to not participate in the review process for any reason (privacy, legal concerns), it is assumed that they do not want to be discussed in any way.  

Others may decide that poor reviews are hurting their business.  If they choose to deny TER from maintaining the reviews, they will similarly be denied from any promotion or discussion on the site.

This also applies to providers who are found to be abusing the system and are removed/banned at the discretion of TER.

In the interest of consistency, the same policies apply to anyone who is de-listed for any reason.
