i mean someone can charge what they want to charge however i would tentatively agree that 400 may be a bit much for a new provider and that number would/should include GFE.

No offense, but her pricing is insane for a new provider. Correction... her pricing is insane for just about any provider.
i guess put it at 400 and see what happens, although imo 300 is the baseline rate for nyc, 400 for a known provider, 500 is usually for PStar, or someone with excellent reviews or has some other type of edge.

This is New York City- 400/hr is not unreasonable for GFE providers who want to remain low volume.
