How good is the "re" consctruction of the genital area of a transexual? I recently saw a provider whose breasts were clearly enhanced and her nipples were very small and in retrospect very much like a man's. She did not let me closely inspect her genitals so I was wondering how close to a natural woman the plastic surgeon can get. I really have no desire at all to spend time with anyone with a Y chromosome but I am wondering if maybe I did. Is there any reasonably reliable way to tell?
