Funny you should ask. On the cable show, 'Nip/Tuck' they addressed that very question. The trick is, do you run out of room or do you go in all the way? If they've had gender reassignment surgery, they're not "dudes" anymore so you don't need to worry. If they're masculine enough that you need to think about it, then I have two questions for you:

1) Are you attracted to their masculine features?

if not, then

2) Were they the only provider in town?

Seriously, if they're cute, feminine and post-op, then they're women. If they're not all of the above, then there's got to be some other reason you're interested in them. You do the math.
