I have a silly question. Do the TS providers cum for every client ? It sounds impossible to me to cum that many times (at least I cannot). Unless they don't have as many clients, say in a day, as what I am thinking ...

Heck no they don't, heck many of em are on so many hormones they NEVER cum.

If you have bleeding gums and the provider is HIV positive and cums in your mouth
you will get infected ....right?

Lets say the provider got tested a month ago and was clean......but she has being exposed to HIV after that.......
why are you willing to take a chance?

I had an orchiectomy several years back and no longer ejaculate. Often times clients are really dissapointed and think that this means I don't get off. In reality I still have the same amount of orgasms (which lucky for me has always been damn near unlimited). So I think its important to know what you are really interested in, if its ejaculate, then make sure you are seeing a girl that is not on hormones and has implants, if it is pleasing a TS keep in mind that hormones and some surgeries can limit ejaculate but have no bearing on the pleasure she may be feeling.
