Anyone looking for an apartment in West Hollywood?

So, I brought this up before.  There is a small apartment building in WEHO, probably 15 units and every unit is occupied by a ts. They are all from Mexico and actually nice gals.  Well, I was in that area this week and drove by for kicks.  There was a banner hanging from the top balcony and it said "Very Special Apt for Rent, call....".  If anyone wants to live there, pm me and I'll tell ya what street :)

I think I'll lease it and turn it into a general store and internet cafe.  I'll set it up so the girls will have some nice outfits to buy, they can get all of their supplies right there as well.  For the boys, I'll offer the same for them but also have a few computers fired up so the boys can stop off on their way out and post a review :)

Maybe expand to a lounge / waiting room along with the general store and internet cafe. Pool table, cocktails. Or just rent it for a get away, keep lots of sugra on hand for when a neighbor needs to borrow a cup.

Sounds good.  Yea, we could have the BBQ's on Sunday and every Wed have a TER meet and greet, rotating different speakers through for the TER members and girls or have some type of class for them. For example we could have sex education classes, a few english classes for the girls, and heck maybe throw in a photoshop class or two just for grins :)
