if you are going to fake an ad, why go with someone so easily recognizable???  i guess i can answer my own question in that there really are some incredibly gullible folks out there!

Normally you can assume fake all the way, but the Backpage ad is linked to on http://tssienna.com/meet-me/ so it looks like this is for real.

Well i went to the website i linked and responded to the e-mail provided. Assuming it is Sienna, i got a response about a couple hours after sending saying that it is her ad on bp and that she started escorting recently.
