It's about time someone is showing a little leadership on this issue.  With increased security after 9/11, I can imagine how embarrassing it has been for transgenders to show birth certificates that have absolutely no correlation with the way they look. The best part is that transgenders will not have to have SRS to change their birth certificates. Let's hear it for NYC. For more information click the link.
