You know what would be cool? If you posted links to the girl in question. You're already asking for help, why not make it easy on people who might be in a position to do so....?
... unless there's very persuasive evidence that she's not any sort of rip off and is well worth the risk. Here, all I see (and thanks for sharing the ad) is some great photos and stats (tall, busty, hung - that grabs me! an extra percentage point for blond, I suppose) and the ad's words are attractive, but ... no reviews, no reputation whatever.
If I were in Vancouver I'd be tempted to get her on the phone, get a feel for legitimacy, maybe hope to bypass the deposit, but I'd have to get a solid feel that she wasn't a rip-off before risking a deposit.
Interesting bit of trivia: just this past week I noticed for the first time that some ts4rent ads carry a warning "(!) We suggest you to avoid sending deposits!" but only for some of the ads (example posted) and it shows up when I click the "CALL ME" button to view her phone number.
