i can only speak for myself since everyone's taste varies, but personally i don't think there would be much interest from those on this board primarily since i think those interested in seeing TS enjoy the feminine aspect which would be missing in a FtM (although i must admit it appears Rachel gets lots of interest with male duo's). The difference would be he is lacking certain hardware. I'm not sure how women who have undergone full SRS do but i assume it is relatively niche clientele.
I think maybe reach out to Rachel only because she does duos with genetic males, maybe she has come across requests about a FtM partner in her travels.

...we have a pretty big FTM community in DC, and I've seen personals for gay men looking for an FTM guy. So the market is a bit opposite of the MTF community. I think he could advertise on backpage for a few days off and on and still manage to be UTR.
I've been escorting about 10 years. I did have one regular client ask me if I had any FTM friends to join us, but at the moment I didn't. In fact none of my FTM friends escort.
I think it's worth giving it a shot by adding or mentioning your friend on your website or ad. You may get a few hits, but I don't think he could depend of escorting as his only income.
There's been a lot more exposure of FTM's in the past few years, so you might get a few bites.
