I would venture to say that just about all of us have done something approximating "that" with a beautiful transsexual escort, Sailil.  It would be fruitless for your purposes to  write a review on the message board, unless you are looking for some erotica which I don't think is your goal.

To get the information you want, you will need to read many reviews (you can buy a VIP membership).  This will give you a general idea of who might be able to provide you with what you're looking for.
