She must have a buddy in Fullerton because she posts ads there often. She is a decent provider, YMMV for the most part.  
   
 Several years back, I saw her one night in Hollywood.  She lived on the ground floor of an apartment building, kinda like a re-done basement.  There was a long hall from the front of the building to actually get into her living room.  
   
 She decorated and painted her place with all kinds of funky paint.  I walked in and was like wow.  
   
 I comment and say "I bet your apartment manager is going to love you, if you ever move out".  
   
 Her reply:  "I am the apartment manager".
