So looking at your review history, it appears you're a knight in client armor who has already slayed some dragons in far away lands. Why would you be considering bringing the girl with you? Are you traveling somewhere where there are no girls? I think in theory, bringing the girl seems pragmatic and a good idea, but in reality probably not the best scenario for you as a client. My reasoning:
1) The expense. If the goal is to start and finish every day of a trip balls deep in tranny ass - I think it may cost you between 3-5 times as much to bring the girl vs. sourcing talent locally.
2) If the girl is spending any time away from you, chances are she will be escorting or even worse she'll be guilty of being human (as in initiating her own sexual adventures and hook ups where she gives up the puss for free). Are you OK with basically paying for someone's time and expenses while they fuck someone else? BTW - I know girls who've admitted to doing this on big trips. When they find out I took a trip and ask me why I didn't invite them...I'm thinking about this reason.
3) Some countries (Russia comes to mind) are systematically jailing, torturing, and murdering LGBTQ peeps and their admirers. How much risk are you willing to expose yourself to?
4) While trans-ladies may be the most savvy and experienced travelers in the world, I think it's a legitimate question to ask how ideal of a travel companion are they? If their sole motivation for the trip is money (aka exploiting your desires) rather than a passion to see touch feel and learn about the place they are visiting - then probably not the ideal travel companion.
5)  A cursory sampling of porn and webcams would indicate that all the hottest girls are in the US, Colombia, and Thailand. I'd definitely look sourcing local talent in Colombia. Not sure what the options are in Panama but I'm there has to be something. Thailand has always fascinated me because there are girls who will provide the total experience.
