I dunno, but me thinks you got hosed. I don't know what her reviews yield, but that is mighty steep for a hand job. Shoot, for that amount I would have given you and hand job, and, AND, changed your car's oil, as well as offered to paint the front of your house.

Drove over 2 hours today to visit Monica foxx in Baltimore. Yep, she's as hot or hotter than her pictures would indicate.  Unfortunately, she's icy cold down below.  

She waited until funds have transferred to disclose that there is "no sex in the Champagne Room."  No top, not bottom, no oral, nothing but a visit from Rosy Palm.  

I expressed my disappointment and she informed me it's dangerous out there and that I should be very careful if a woman is willing to do more than a hand release with a guy.  

250 seems steep for something I can do myself at home.  I wish I could report experiences somthing like Answer's.  Beware of Monica Foxx.  She is misleading.

I notice that she no longer has reviews on TER. She has reviews on another site, and they are mixed to say the least. Most of the reviews only describe mutual oral encounters. A couple allude to bait and switch situations like you describe.

I think you should post a review if you are able so that others do not make the same mistake.

From the reviews you will now that she is defintely known for that.  I almost fell for it once too but the reviews saved me.  Jawanna or Allison are very good in the DC metro area

If her actions conform to some of her bad reviews, then review her and SLAM her big time, and I don't mean that in a good way. Look at that review as your ticket into accessing the reviews of girls more worthy of your time and money. Chalk it up to a lesson learned. ...If one ripped me off like that, I would write a piece on her akin in length to the 9/11 report.

I've seen her several times over the past 2 years and as far as I know she doesn't let people top her. She has always given me oral always covered and topped me several times. She took my cherry actually and although it was painful she was a sweet heart about it. I guess every encounter is different.
