It kind of depends upon what you want ...

Although perhaps you're completely versatile and flexible about what sort of positive experience you're wanting.  (For me, for instance, I only look for ladies who can do a good job as a top.)

TS Red gets consistently high marks in SF.  She's been on my "maybe" list forever, but I tend to prefer taller, bustier, and rather more well hung.  (See picture.)

Bianca Montero is also high on a to-do list for me.

You could shoot for Venus Lux, but I hear she's pretty picky about who she sees these days.  I sent off an inquiry last year, but confessed up front that I am "a chubby old bottom" and never heard back.

I lived in SF for quite a long time until recently, but I didn't really partake because a.) it's super easy to just hook up and b.) I think the hobbyist scene there is not great compared to other cities.  At least nothing jumped off the page for me.

Lustafire's list is excellent but I will comment on a few of the older girls on it who I became friends with when I discovered the community many moons ago:  Venus Lux lives in TN and before that was in LA.  She left SF in the early 2010's and I had never seen her post there.   Asian Princess is married and living in San Jose and is more of a madame now.  Happy, RIP, passed away from Covid.

If you like black girls, there is one on the current scene who I can wholeheartedly endorse.  She's on TSE and doesn't always post and I just checked and she's not there now.  I don't remember her provider name but she sometimes goes by Vision.   Her posts say she's a college student and her post will be thoughtful and somewhat wholesome.  She's incredibly intelligent, one of the most cool and interesting people I have ever met, and she will absolutely rock your world in the bedroom no matter what you like.  She lives in the East Bay but posts in SF so maybe check Oakland too.  Sorry I could not be more help with this, but if you see this one absolutely give her a try.
