Had my first TS experience with Toni in New Orleans (review submitted).  Looking to repeat. Would appreciate any recommendatins for San Francisco, preferably with an Asian lady.

here's some SF asian tgirls that i can recommend.  But none of these girls beats Toni Tease (though Trina comes pretty close).

1. Trina  - real GFE. top only.
2. MaiTai - very pretty. versatile. but not a GFE.
3. Sandy  - of these three girls the least attractive.  versatile and a good top.

some asian girls that have gotten good reviews and i've been wanting to try are Venus, Sabrina and Pia.

If a provider does not have implants, according to reviews has a flat chest, only tops, does having long hair make a guy into a TS?  I'm not looking for a totally gay experience here - looking for chicks with dicks (as they say).

There is no hard and fast rule about what does and what doesn't make a "TS".  If a girl is on hormones, doesn't need to shave her face, has breasts (natural or implants), lives full time as a girl, female voice, and has feminine actions and manners, then I would tend to call that person a TS.

If they don't live full time as a girl, they still need to shave, are not on hormones, no breasts, sound like a guy, acts like a guy, only dress as a girl for work, etc... then I would tend to classify that person as a TV.

Although, let me stress, there are exceptions to every rule.  Not everyone fits into nice little labels.  A TS or TV could be made up of a mixture of those two examples.

If the ONLY thing you are going by is long hair.... then there sure are a lot of TS's walking around that don't even know they are TS!!!!
