Thanks for asking the question. I've never seen a TS girl. I'm not quite sure how to prepare, either.

Start with a well lubed butt plug.  Not the biggest one you can find, start small and work your way up.

I have always been interested in anal but only recemtly been with a TS. When I was younger and single, I would give myself enemas. Please don't laugh, but I would insert hot dogs up my bum to stim my prostate. never wanted to purchase toys. You also have to relax. Remember this isn't your doctor giving you a rectal exam, t his should be fun and a turn on.
