First off, you cannot be too clean before you bottom.... The best method is (of course) to start with a good head-to-toe shower. Clean body, nails, armpits (use deodorant!), feet, and, um, "crevices" go a loooong way with your provider.

Also, brushing one's teeth and/or using mouthwash are also good policy. Finally, I recommend a simple bac-door wash AND the use of a Fleet enema to make sure you're fresh for your provider.

A word of caution, however....sometimes overuse of the enema can cause as many problems as it cures. In other words, you dont wanna get too "loose" in the back door bowel zone. Fecal matter on a provider's dick will almost certainly bring your session to a screeching halt lol.  Some hobbyists have been known to "fast" or eat very lightly before visiting a provider.  In other words, I wouldnt recommend that chili-burger or heavy Mexican meal just prior to your visit....know what I'm sayin?
