There's an Asian girl in LA who puts a $10k price in her ads, but it's a joke.  I spoke to her once, and she will quote a reasonably price for a half hour, but it's upgradeable to an hour for a reasonable price if you wish. Of course it has probably gone up like everything else recently.

I think we're only looking at these ads at their face value while missing clues! Both of the mentioned ads are on the same site ; TS Escorts, a site that advertises girls around the globe, both are Spanish speaking people. 10,000 Mexican Pesos is about $545 US dollars. But that doesn't mean they are from Mexico. All the Spanish speaking countries in Central and South America and Spain have different exchange rates to US dollars. To place an escort ad on various sites there's probably a language barrier to overcome. People newer to the hobby, both providers and hobbyists need to learn how to navigate ad sites, reviews and what sites are most accurate for what parts of the world.  

If you want to become better at this hobby, you'll need to read between the lines, google listed numbers, emails, websites, social media, do they have reviews, how credible are the reviewers and the sites they've posted on, google their pictures, translate what they've written in different languages and so on. Keep in mind, the language for Brazil is Portuguese, not Spanish. If a girl says she's Brazilian but doesn't list Portuguese as a spoken language that could mean something.
