Anyone with first hand knowledge of TS Karol:  Just curious is she is located in an area that I could safely access by taxi.  I will be there next week but will not have transportation of my own.

Some areas are safe to travel to in a taxi and others make you think you've just signed your death certificate.  If anyone has been to her place to see her (and I don't need an address of course), please let me know if I'd be safe waiting near her place to grab a taxi to get back to my hotel or if I should just pay the extra $100-150 and request outcall.
